The IngredientsGrape neutral spirits and aniseed.  Grapes are hand-harvested, pressed, and co-fermented with aniseed for 20 days in barrels.  The resulting wine is placed in copper stills for distillation twice. 50% ABV

The Spirit: Palate-cleansing, cool, refreshing and smooth; tasting of licorice with a hint of peppermint.  Arak has existed since the beginning of distillation itself, consumed widely in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Turkey, and Iran.  Arak, in Arabic means, “To perspire.” An excellent digestif.
