The Ingredients: Every year, thousands of icebergs break away from Arctic glaciers and travel past Newfoundland’s coastline. Made up of water that’s been frozen for tens of thousands of years, these massive icebergs contain the purest source of water on the planet. Each spring, Captain Ed, the original “Iceberg cowboy”, and his team brave the wild, untamed waters of the North Atlantic to harvest the icebergs. Any unharvested icebergs simply melt into the sea over the summer months. Once the annual harvest is complete and the ice is melted down to water, it’s blended with a triple distilled neutral spirit and charcoal filtered.
