Two wine loving friends started making organic wine in 2014. Their mission became the goal of creating the finest organic wines using ancient Georgian techniques. Grapes are harvested from bio vineyards located in different parts of Georgia. The wines are made with wild yeast and free from any additives. Most of the wines are fermented with skins and aged in Kvevris which are traditional clay pots used in Georgia.
Making around 20,000 bottles a year, the DoReMi wines can be divided into two main characteristics: firstly, the Kathetian wines, in which fermentation and maturation in Qvevri are accompanied by 6 months of maceration as standard, which gives the wines a particularly clear expression of its body and energy.
On the other hand, the DoReMi inland wines from Kartli and Imereti, which are more characterized by their delicacy and aromas of fruit and floral tones.
