The Grape: 30% Castelao, 30% Aragonez, 20% Touriga Nacional, and 20% Cab Sauv.
Hand picked, destemmed, and then lightly crushed before transferring to a stainless steel tank and fermented under controlled temps for 10 days. Aged 6-8 months in steel before bottling. 13% ABV
The Wine: Red-fruit aromas and well-structured, fresh with a soft finish; very easy drinking
Pairing Ideas: Excellent with fatty fish, like tuna, salmon, and mackerel.
