The Grape: Malbec 100%

The Appellation: Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, Argentina

Description: Intensely red with violet hues, this wine expresses floral and fresh fruit notes reminiscent of strawberries and blackberries. It is pleasant on the attack, with balanced acidity, ripe tannins and a magnificent fruity character. A seductive wine awaiting to be discovered.

The Vineyards: The grapes selected for this wine were sourced from a vineyard located at 1,400 masl (4,600 fasl), with sandy loam soil high espalier training system, and drip irrigation.

The Winemaking Manual harvest. Pre-fermentative maceration for 10 days, followed by a 15-day fermentation using indigenous yeasts.

Alcohol Content: 13.5%
